These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gptimage2.best and related services operated by GPTimage2.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Accounts

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information
Keeping your login credentials secure
All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

The Service

The service allows you to submit prompts and images, generate images, edit images, manage credits, and access related account and billing features.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue part of the service at any time, including features, limits, models, and supported payment options.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

Violate any law or regulation
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
Upload or submit content you do not have the right to use
Abuse, attack, probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service
Commit fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or other dishonest conduct
Generate, request, or distribute unlawful or prohibited content
Attempt to bypass technical or safety restrictions

We may investigate misuse and take action including suspension or termination of accounts.

User Content

You retain responsibility for the prompts, uploaded images, and other content you submit to the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit that content and to request generation or editing based on it.

You are responsible for your use of generated outputs, including reviewing them for accuracy, legality, suitability, and rights clearance before publishing or using them commercially.

AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or unexpected. We do not guarantee that outputs will be unique, error-free, lawful for every purpose, or free from third-party claims.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

Model Training

We do not use your prompts, uploaded images, or generated images to train our models.

Credits, Plans, and Billing

Paid plans include credits and subscription terms as described on the service at the time of purchase.

For annual plans, the annual credit balance is granted upfront.

We may change pricing, plans, credit allocations, or product structure prospectively. Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases unless required by law.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Refunds

If you have used 25 credits or more, your purchase is not refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

If you have used fewer than 25 credits, we may review refund requests case by case at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the service if:

You violate these Terms
We believe your use is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful
Your payment is reversed, disputed, or otherwise fails
We are required to do so for security, legal, or operational reasons

We may also remove content or disable features where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.

Intellectual Property

The service, including the website, branding, software, interface, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to GPTimage2 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership in the service itself.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will always meet your expectations or needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPTimage2 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service and these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPTimage2 from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your misuse of the service
Your content
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of law or third-party rights
